Reaching our Goals

Today we reached our goal thanks to our friends at Coronado and Houston.  We reached OVER our first goal by $4.  We will be sending all of that money to the kids in Kenya that John and Connie work with.  I'm really glad we reached our goal really fast.  Sometime soon we will be setting up a table at WalMart to sell even more. 

Our First Fundraiser

I did my first fundraiser today.  My mom was having a garage sale and she made a table for my bracelets.  We did really good for our first time.  We got $42.50.  My goal is to raise $70 before I send it to John and Connie in Kenya.  If you came by and visited us at the Garage Sale...thank you.

Kenya Kids...

We are starting a program called "One Child at a Time".  Our first project will be called "Kenya Kids" to help kids in Africa who need stuff like medicine, home, food and clean water.  We are selling bracelets first so we can get money to send to Connie and John.  Connie and John are our friends who live in Kenya.  They will be helping out by buying stuff the kids need.  It will also help them get an education.
